Gibson Brands, Inc., the world’s premier manufacturer and marketer of consumer electronics, musical instruments and professional audio equipment, is seeking a Sales Organization (SO) Controller. The SO Controller will lead the finance function in the market, with focus and being a business partner for the SO Leader and SO Management team. Ensure financially sound (strategic) decision making and driving financial performance (P&L, NOC, and Cash flow accountability). Secure and drive an efficient and effective finance infrastructure and organization that is compliant with statutory and fiscal reporting requirements. Implement the internal control process and optimize the funding structure and manage the financial risk exposure. Build and develop a finance team in the SO and support the creation of The Center of Excellence. This position reports to the SO Leader of Gibson Innovations, Inc. USA.
