The Accounts Payable Manager will perform a variety of responsibilities that support the Accounts Payable function.

The Senior Tax Accountant supports both the VP – Tax and the Tax Manager with a primary focus on federal and state income taxes. This position must handle multiple assignments in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment. The Senior Tax Accountant assists the VP – Tax and Tax Manager with tax compliance, provision calculations, audits, and research for all companies within the Group so that the Group's exposure to taxes is minimized/optimized. The Senior Tax Accountant will also help ensure the accurate and timely preparation of sales/use and property tax filings, returns, reports, and payments for Gibson Guitar Corp and its subsidiaries, as necessary. Other duties include special assignments within the Tax Team or the broader Finance group.

The primary purpose of the Senior Accountant is to assist in preparing financial and operating reports, perform the recordkeeping necessary to close the financial period and support audits of such information. In addition, this position is responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance and tuning of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, Planning, and Essbase. This position works with the business groups to identify and address needs in relation to Hyperion applications.

The Divisional CFO, China is responsible for managing a combination of business reporting, planning, and analysis related activities for the China Region. This position directs the China Regions finance groups in providing pertinent and timely analysis of the division’s financial performance. The Divisional CFO, China is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the region in all aspects of finance and business support; acting as an advisor to top management. This position will develop and prescribe adequate financial procedures to provide the basis for management decisions and control. This position participates in setting strategic direction for the China region and determines areas for profitability and cost benefit analysis.
