Customer Support Representative

Job Location: Nashville, TN


Gibson Brands, Inc.  The world’s premier manufacturer of musical instruments and professional & consumer audio equipment is seeking a self-motivated, aggressive professional for our Customer Service team. Position will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a full-time position covering 2nd shift (3pm-12am) which includes weekends and holidays as needed.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of musical instruments and professional & consumer audio equipment (guitars, studio and pro audio equipment, receivers, home theater equipment, etc.) - please specify experience in your submission.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.  College degree preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service (assisting end users in retail or call center environment preferred).
  • 2+ years working in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Strong listening and creative problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Proven assertiveness and a "take charge" positive attitude.
