Gibson Brands, Inc. (f/k/a Gibson Guitar Corp), the world’s premier manufacturer of musical instruments and professional audio equipment, is seeking an EMEA Senior/Human Resources Manager. The EMEA Senior Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Chief HR Officer of Gibson Group and indirect reporting to the EMEA President. The Senior HR Manager may manage one part-time HR support person. This position will manage HR operations for Gibson, and derive and implement country HR policies, processes and programs in line with business/function strategy. Some key HR policy and processes include organization capability development, staffing, employment development, succession planning for key positions, performance management, reward and recognition (include compensation & benefits), health and safety, internal and external relations such as Unions or Worker’s council (if applicable) and outsourced HR service provider(s). The Senior HR Manager is the key interface towards managers, employees, outsourced vendors and local government. This position will be based in Vianen, the Netherlands.
