Relationship Manager

Gibson Brands, the world’s premier manufacturer of musical instruments, is seeking a Relationship Manager to be based out of our Global Corporate office in Nashville, TN.  The candidate will be assertive, career oriented, and looking to grow with the organization.

Highlights of Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop successful business relationships with dealer partners
  • Work with a team to achieve company goals
  • Processing complex business models
  • Manage multiple priorities and multi-task
  • Trouble shooting and analysis

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years telesales and/or retail sales experience
  • Proficiency using computers for sales calls and tracking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, demanding environment servicing a network of retail accounts
  • Positive, take charge attitude with the ability to take ownership and accountability
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer relationship building attitude
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Candidates must already be located in the Nashville area, as relocation is not offered.
