Trent Swartzentruber brings the 90's grunge with “Comedown” by Bush. This song was their 3rd single from their first album, Sixteen Stone, which was released in 1995. The song was one of their most popular hits, reaching #2 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. This song put Bush on the map to sell over 6 million copies of that album worldwide.
In Canada, the band had to legally go by the name BushX, because of a 1970's band, led by a man named Domenic Troiano, who owned the rights to the name, Bush. In 1997, he agreed that the band could use the name without the exponent on the condition that they each donate $20,000 to a few charities in Canada.

Trent plays a Gibson Custom Les Paul R7 Goldtop in the lesson.
