Gibson Guitar and Epiphone have announced a showcase of innovative new products to be displayed at Musikmesse 2011 in Frankfurt, Germany from April 6 – 9, 2011. Gibson’s premier divisions, which include Gibson USA, Gibson Custom, Epiphone, Gibson Acoustic, Gibson Gear, Baldwin and Wurlitzer, will each host dynamic and interactive areas inside the exhibit for attendees to see and experience some of their latest models and products. There will also be special appearances by Gibson and Epiphone signature artists, as well as guitar giveaways and free posters (while supplies last).

Taking center stage at Musikmesse 2011 will be Gibson’s revolutionary new Firebird X, the most technically advanced guitar ever created. Daily demos and interactive stations will allow guests to experience the Firebird X firsthand. Gibson USA will also showcase other new models, including the affordable new SG Special 60s Tribute, the Anniversary Flood Les Paul Studio, the Les Paul and SG Gothic Morte guitars, and the highly anticipated Melody Maker line.

Gibson Custom will continue its history at Musikmesse 2011 of presenting the world’s most collectible guitars, including the exclusive Alex Lifeson Les Paul Axcess, which was created through extensive work with Lifeson himself. Gibson Custom will also showcase the Marc Bolan Les Paul, the Randy Rhoads Les Paul Custom, the Don Felder “Hotel California” EDS-1275, the Don Felder “Hotel California” 1959 Les Paul, and other models.
Gibson Acoustic will debut a number of new models, including the Jackson Browne Signature, which is handmade in Gibson Acoustic’s Master Shop in Bozeman, Montana.
