Gibson and Epiphone are pleased to announce the return of the Gibson Summer Jam, which will take place at the Gibson Custom Shop factory on July 23. Gibson Summer Jam 2011 will coincide with the Summer NAMM show, which will take place in Nashville the same week but is not affiliated with Summer Jam.

Scheduled activities include exclusive access to exciting new Gibson and Epiphone products, amazing live music and many more surprises you don’t want to miss. Along with a unique opportunity for attendees to experience firsthand some of the latest models and products from Gibson Custom, Gibson USA, Epiphone, Gibson Acoustic and Gibson Gear, Gibson Summer Jam 2011 will feature performances by an array of amazing artists.

Headlining this year’s Summer Jam is Bachman & Turner. Other artists slated to perform throughout the day include Gary Clark, Jr., Johnny A. with Dixie Peach, The Kicks, 3 Pill Morning, A Friend Called Fire and a special appearance by The Dudes, a dynamic act composed of gold-selling artist Keith Anderson and some of Nashville’s most respected players, including Eddie Perez, Chad Warrix, Keio Stroud and Robbie Wilson.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase from Hard Rock Café and Jack Daniel’s.

There will also be opportunities to win guitars from Gibson USA, Gibson Acoustic, Epiphone and items from Gibson Gear.
