Beatles Abbey Road Landmark a Safety Concern

The growing popularity of a famous Beatles landmark has apparently led to safety issues. As reported by TeamRock.com, the zebra crossing featured on the cover the 1969 album, Abbey Road, may soon be assigned safety staff to prevent accidents resulting from tourist visits.

Actor and comedian Robin Williams passed away suddenly yesterday (August 11) at the age of 63. The outpouring of condolences on social media such as Twitter has been tremendous. Many members of the rock community have also praised the deceased actor. Ozzy Osbourne Tweeted: "Such a tragic loss. I will always have amazing memories of @RobinWilliams. Respect and love goes out to his family."

It sounds like the next Duran Duran album is going to be a monster, judging by the company the band is keeping. Tentatively set for release in the spring of 2015, the new album will be co-produced by super-producers Nile Rodgers and Mark Ronson, as well as former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante.
