Attorneys for legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne have filed a lawsuit against the singer’s longtime Black Sabbath bandmate, Tony Iommi, alleging the guitarist has illegally assumed sole ownership of the band’s name and trademark.

The huge brass gong with two painted Chinese characters was consigned to the U.K.’s Bonhams (no relation) auction house by the late drummer’s sister, Deborah, and his mother, Joan. It is set to be auctioned at Bonhams’ gallery in Los Angeles on June 14, as part of the Peter Golding Collection of Rock and Roll Art and Animation Art auction.
