The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival announced its full 2008 line-up at a press conference late yesterday in Mexico City. Held under a historically blazing sun in the California desert, the three-day festival will stretch from April 25 – 27. Roger Waters, Jack Johnson, and Portishead are set to headline. Tickets go on sale this Friday.
