Exclusive: Buckcherry’s Keith Nelson on Gibsons
Buckcherry are hot off the release of their latest full-length album, Confessions, which totes the lead single “Gluttony.” The album debuted at an impressive No. 20 on the Billboard 200 chart last month, and now, Buckcherry are on the road in support of the release.
Gibson.com caught up with guitarist Keith Nelson to chat about his rig. Of course, it’s chock full of Gibsons.
“My original 1959 Sunburst Les Paul, in the studio, is my go-to guitar,” Nelson said. “On the road, I have a few of the new historical ‘59 reissues, and those are phenomenal guitars. I have a 1966 Les Paul Jr. on the road, and it’s fantastic. I also have a great Korina Flying V.”
Nelson also chatted about the band’s new album and why he’ll never grow tired of playing live. Check back next week for our full interview with the guitarist.
