This years prestigious Kerrang! Awards 2012 took place on June 7 and were presented by Slipknot 's Corey Taylor and Anthrax's Scott Ian.
Black Sabbath picked up the Kerrang! Inspiration Award and Slash was presented with the Kerrang! Icon award.
Machine Head were inducted into the Kerrang! Hall of Fame.
