Pearl Jam were the headliners on Sunday at Jay-Z's Budweiser Made In America Festival that was held in Philadelphia over Labor Day weekend. Jay-Z, reports the New York Daily News, who headlined on Saturday, joined Pearl Jam on Stage for the song "99 Problems" from The Black Album.

Chris Cornell had initially been scheduled to play the event on Sunday as well, and there was speculation as to whether he would join Pearl Jam on stage for a couple of Temple of the Dog songs. But unfortunately Cornell canceled his appearance last week, citing a gig for the Obama campaign in Iowa on Saturday as the reason.

Pearl Jam played a two hour plus set with songs spanning their entire career as well as a couple of cover tunes, most notably their excellent cover of The Who's "Love, Reign O'er Me," and the obligatory Neil Young set closer "Rockin' in the Free World." Pearl Jam don't have any more shows planned for the rest of the year, and reports have been conflicting on whether they've started work on the follow-up to 2009's Backspacer.
