Whether or not you dig The Who, the band’s upcoming tribute album is going to be worth a listen or two. Cleopatra Records has pinned down an Oct. 2 release date for the compilation, titled Who Are You: An All Star Tribute to The Who, and the set features a boatload of big names.

Members of Judas Priest, Dream Theater, Deep Purple, Mountain, Def Leppard, Yes, Asia and more appear on the album.

The Who

The compilation CD comes on the cusp of the 50the anniversary of the Who and the band’s catalog of eternal hits, including “I Can See for Miles,” “Pinball Wizard,” “Behind Blue Eyes” and more.

My personal favorite Who track is “Behind Blue Eyes.” What’s yours? Tell us in the comments below!
