The headstock of the Jackson Browne Signature Model carries six vintage-style, open-gear Waverly™ tuners with ivoroid buttons and an efficient 16:1 gear ration, plated in gold.
Bridge
A vintage-style rectangular six-pin bridge made from rosewood offers firm string anchoring and superior vibrational coupling with the body.
Strap Button
The guitar's endpin jack doubles as pickup output and body-end strap button on the Model A, while the Model 1 has a traditional plastic endpin with no electronics.
Pickup and Electronics
Model A version of the Jackson Browne Signature Model is equipped with a built in hand-made Trance Audio Amulet Pickup System with outboard preamp for optimum fidelity and audiophile-grade performance anywhere from the local coffee shop to the largest concert stage. This outboard preamp is connected to the instrument with a custom low impedence cable that can be chained indefinitely in length without frequency loss. The Model 1 version of the Jackson Browne Signature Model comes without a pickup.
Truss Rod Cover
The guitar has the traditional Gibson truss-rod cover made from black and white plastic and shaped like an antique bell.
Pickguard
The Jackson Browne Signature Model carries an elegant fire-strip pickguard.
Strings
Gibson's Light Gauge acoustic strings, sizes .012-.053, are installed at the factory.
