Tuning Keys
The headstock of the Nighthawk Standard 2010 is equipped with gold-plated vintage-style tuners with pearloid tulip buttons and an efficient 14:1 turn ratio. These tuners provide a classic look in line with Gibson's heritage.
Trussrod Cover
The truss rod cover on the Nighthawk Standard 2010 is made from black vinyl plastic, in the shape of an antique bell.
Strap Buttons
The Nighthawk Standard 2010's gold-plated aluminum strap buttons are the same style and design that Gibson has used since the early 1950s.
Bridge
A unique Nighthawk bridge is designed to maximize resonance and sustain. It has individual saddles for entirely independent height and intonation adjustment, and is partnered with through-body stringing with ferrules set into the back of the guitar. As such, the guitar requires no additional tailpiece. The bridge is plated in gold.
Control Knobs
The controls on the Nighthawk Standard 2010 are topped with Gibson's gold "top hat" knobs.
Strings
The Nighthawk Standard 2010 is fitted with genuine Gibson strings, sizes .010 - .046.
