Tonal Characteristics
The Worn 1966 Wilshire’s solid-mahogany body presents the classic voice of this time-tested tonewood. It blends outstanding warmth and richness with impressive clarity and note definition, all of which is translated brilliantly by its dual mini-humbucking pickups.
Design
The Worn 1966 Wilshire precisely follows the body lines and dimensions of the original 1966 Epiphone Wilshire, with smoothly rounded un-bound edges, deep double cutaways, and rounded, asymmetrical horns. Body Design

Process
The Worn 1966 Wilshire is hand-finished in a durable urethane finish. The process is carefully monitored to retain a thin build up, which will refrain from choking the guitar’s natural resonance.

Surface Texture
The Worn 1966 Wilshire is hand finished in a coat of thin satin finish, to give the guitar a naturally aged look and feel.
