Each part is carefully chosen for its uniformity and performance. Nothing is left to chance. The soundboard and rib material are made from the finest spruce, while the bridge is made from hard maple and precision notched by hand. Each key is crafted from spruce and 3-ply basswood and individually weighed for the most responsive action possible. The three pedals are traditional – soft, sustain and sustenuto – and constructed from solid brass. The fallboard utilizes a slow-close mechanism for a smooth, sure motion when in use.
