Live While We're Young
In this lesson, Trent Swartzentruber teaches you how to play “Live While We’re Young” by One Direction. This song was released in September 2012 as the first single off the album, Take Me Home. It debuted at number 3 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, making the group the second highest UK act in history to chart that high on a single. Elton John’s “Candle in the Wind” being the only song that outpaced them.
The music video for the song was released that same month, and garnered over 8 million views in less than 24 hours. The band formed in 2010, while on the show, The X Factor, as they were signed to Simon Cowell’s label, Syco Records. By 2012, they were named Top New Artist by Billboard.

Trent plays a Epiphone 1966 Worn Wilshire Tremotone in the lesson.
