The Beach Boys recently wrapped up their highly publicized 50th anniversary tour, but fans that couldn’t make it out to the big gigs will soon be able to get a taste of the action in comfort of their own living rooms. The gents have announced the release of The Beach Boys: Live in Concert -- 50th Anniversary Tour on Nov. 20, which will offer 21 performances from the Boys’ reunion tour on DVD and Blu-ray.
The collection packs tracks spanning the band’s full catalog, including “Good Vibrations,” “Isn’t It Time,” “California Girls,” “Wouldn’t It Be Nice,” “Help Me Rhonda,” “I Get Around” and more. According to the band, this release offers a recap of the incredible time they had reuniting on tour.
“The Beach Boys 50th Anniversary tour meant so much to me personally,” Brian Wilson said in an official statement. “Performing with the guys again was an absolute thrill. I’m so glad we captured it on film so that everyone, whether you were there or not, will be able to see what an historic event it was.”
