Green Day have a history of interesting releases in conjunction with Record Store Day, and this year is no exception. On April 19th the punk legends plan to release no less than 18 demos from the recording session for their 2012 album trilogy ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, and ¡Tré!, according to a post on the band’s Facebook page. The tracks, which contain one previously unreleased track, will be available on colored vinyl, CD, and apparently even cassette, according to the post by the band.

Previous Record Store Day releases from Green Day include a vinyl reissue of Dookie in 2009, a cover of Hüsker Dü’s “Don't Want to Know if You Are Lonely” in 2011, and in 2012 the band released a give-away of their upcoming album ¡Uno!.
