Kings of Leon were forced to postpone their August 10 show in Saratoga Springs, NY, following an accident with their tour bus. The band write on their website that as they were leaving the venue after their concert in Boston on August 9, the bus was forced to stop short when a pedestrian jumped in front of the vehicle.

The sudden stop of the bus caused drummer Nathan Followill to suffer broken ribs as a result. The band report that Nathan has received treatment and is doing well. There were no reports regarding any other injuries among crew and band members. According to Kings of Leon's website, the band is set to resume the tour on August 13 in Wantagh, NY.

In 2011 Kings of Leon were forced to postpone a tour to allow Nathan to recover from surgery for a torn right labrum and bicep.
