Hard rockers Godsmack, Seether, Skillet and Buckcherry are among the headliners confirmed for the 2014 Rockstar Energy Uproar Festival. This year’s festival, which is known for featuring new and veteran rock talent, will also feature performances by Pop Evil, Escape the Fate, Redlight King, 3 Years Hollow, Within Reason, New Medicine and Sons of Revelry.
The festival, now in its fifth year, will get underway Aug. 15 at DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston, Mich., and travel through over a dozen cities before closing out Sept. 12 at White River Ampitheatre in Auburn, Wash. Tickets for most of the festival’s stops will go on sale Friday (June 20).
“We’re excited to welcome Uproar veterans Godsmack, Seether, Escape the Fate and Redlight King back for another year and also can’t wait to hit the road with all the other amazing rock bands joining us for the first time,” festival producers John Oakes and John Reese said in a statement. “We look forward to creating an incredible Uproar experience for rock fans in every city we visit.”
